Returns And Refunds Policy
To return a purchase, the return must be made within 30 days or else we will not accept the return.
In order to be eligible for a return your purchase must be in the original packaging, must be unused and in the condition that you originally received it.
In order to process your return, you will need to supply your proof of purchase.
Once a purchase has been installed or used it cannot be refunded or returned. In the event that your gas appliance is faulty or does not work, we will communicate with your installer to correct the issue. Please note that if your Gas Appliance was not installed by a registered gas installer your Appliance’s warranty will be void (depending on the manufacturer)
We will determine if your return is eligible for a refund once we have received and examined the returned item/s. We will then notify you if your return is approved or rejected. If you return is approved, we will proceed to process your refund and will be repaid in the same with the same method you originally used within a fixed amount of time.
You may only exchange items that are defective and not if the items you have damaged yourself. For gas appliances, we will communicate with your installer to correct the problem
We will not be responsible for shipping or shipping costs in the event of a return. The refund will not include shipping costs.
